NextPixel Apps ("we," "our," or "us") operates the Heic to JPEG Image Converter application (the "App"). These Terms of Use govern your access to and use of the App.
By downloading, installing, or using the App, you agree to be bound by these terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the App.
We grant you a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to download and use the App on Apple devices that you own or control, in accordance with the Apple App Store Terms of Service and Apple’s Licensed Application End User License Agreement (EULA). This license is for your personal, non-commercial use unless otherwise agreed in writing.
The App allows you to convert image files between formats (including HEIC, JPG, JPEG, PNG, GIF, BMP, and ICO) on your device. All conversions are performed locally on your device. We may update, modify, or discontinue features of the App at any time.
The App offers optional in-app purchases that unlock premium features. We currently offer a weekly auto-renewing subscription and a one-time purchase. All purchases are processed by Apple through your App Store account and are subject to Apple’s terms.
Weekly auto-renewing subscription
Payment is charged to your Apple ID account at confirmation of purchase.
The subscription automatically renews each week at the then-current price unless auto-renewal is turned off at least 24 hours before the end of the current period.
Your account will be charged for renewal within 24 hours prior to the end of the current period.
You can manage or cancel your subscription at any time in your Apple ID account settings under Subscriptions. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period, and you retain access until then.
If a free trial is offered, any unused portion is forfeited when you purchase a subscription, where applicable.
One-time purchase
The one-time purchase is a single, non-recurring charge to your Apple ID account at confirmation of purchase.
It does not renew automatically and is not a subscription — no further charges will be made for it.
The features unlocked by a one-time purchase remain available as described at the time of purchase, subject to these Terms.
Pricing. Prices are stated in the App and may vary by region and over time. We reserve the right to change prices; any change will apply only to future purchases or billing periods.
All purchases are processed by Apple. Refund requests are handled by Apple in accordance with the App Store’s policies. We do not directly process payments and are generally unable to issue refunds; please contact Apple Support for refund requests.
You retain all rights to the images and files you process through the App. Because conversions happen on your device, we do not access, store, or claim any ownership over your content. You are solely responsible for ensuring you have the rights to any images you convert.
You agree not to:
Use the App for any unlawful purpose or in violation of any applicable law;
Process content that infringes the intellectual property or privacy rights of others;
Reverse engineer, decompile, or attempt to extract the source code of the App, except as permitted by law;
Interfere with or disrupt the operation of the App or attempt to circumvent its purchase or licensing mechanisms.
The App, including its design, code, logos, and content (excluding your own files), is owned by NextPixel Apps LLP and is protected by intellectual property laws. These Terms do not grant you any rights to our trademarks or branding.
The App is provided on an “as is” and “as available” basis without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied, including but not limited to fitness for a particular purpose and non-infringement. We do not warrant that the App will be uninterrupted, error-free, or that conversions will always meet your expectations. You are responsible for keeping backups of important files.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, NextPixel Apps LLP shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of data, arising from your use of or inability to use the App. Our total liability for any claim relating to the App shall not exceed the amount you paid for it, if any, in the twelve months preceding the claim.
The App is distributed through the Apple App Store and relies on Apple’s services for downloads and payments. Apple is not a party to these Terms but is a third-party beneficiary entitled to enforce them against you. Your use of the App is also subject to Apple’s applicable terms.
